Aluminium alloy BS L164 is the aerospace specification for 2014A-T4 Alclad sheet and strip. L164 / 2014A is alloyed with copper (3.90-5.00%) giving it high strength, which it retains after its heat treatment. As such L164 finds usage in many aerospace and defence high strength applications. Aircraft Materials stocks L164 in a wide range of sheet thicknesses ready for same day shipment.
