If the item is not in stock we can call on all of our resources and logistics expertise to have your metal ready as quickly as possible. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure that you are fully informed of the status of your order, whether we are handling the shipping or not.

We understand that many customers have their own preferred forwarding companies and are happy to make material ready for collection. Alternatively we have accounts with the main courier companies to enable us to have your order collected as soon as it is ready and are happy to contact freight forwarders on your behalf to ensure that your freight moves quickly once it is ready to dispatch.
